Hurricane Laura's impact on the greater Baton Rouge area was significant and our local VOA is responding with basic essentials to shelter, feed and support people affected. Our VOA center was severely damaged, displacing senior residents, many who are intellectually / developmentally disabled. The home office roof was torn out. We are VOA strong and will do what it takes to get peoples' lives and our buildings back to normal. Without our committed network of supporters and staff this would not be possible.
