Volunteers of America Colorado's Operation Backpack provides backpacks and school supplies for children and families in need. The cost for basic school supplies for one student each year is $195.62 for elementary school, $327.43 for middle school, and $374.01 for high school students. This is simply too much for many Colorado families who are already struggling to make ends meet. Thank you for your generosity to help ensure every Colorado child goes back to school this year with confidence and an equal opportunity to learn and succeed.
